This activity is part of our Social Networks programme.

We believe that every local congregation must adopt a community impact programme. A church without having the betterment of the community in view will be inward looking and divorced from current issues, the plight of the poor and needy, and will be totally oblivious to the pressing needs of the society within which it operates. Our congregation is situated within what is called a “previously disadvantaged” area and most of our members are drawn from these communities. The social problems that are plaguing our communities, inevitably “come into our congregation”.

These problems become our pastoral teams work. Counselling, training, clothing and food distribution are vital ministry tools to equip and train these people.
